1. Terms and Conditions for Another

   1. Acceptance of Terms
      Welcome to Another. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service provided by Another Network GmbH, located at Paul-Lincke-Ufer 4, 10999 Berlin. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

   2. Description of the Service
      Another is a social platform that enables users to share 1 to 5 minute selfie videos and swipeable photos. Content is shared exclusively with selected friends or groups through a mutual-viewing system. All shared content is visible for 7 days and is then permanently deleted from our servers, except as required by law. The Service is designed to foster regular and meaningful interactions while providing enhanced privacy controls.

   3. User Accounts and Eligibility
      To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. In jurisdictions where a higher minimum age is required by law, you must comply with that requirement. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use or breach of security.

   4. User-Generated Content and License
      You retain all rights to the content you create or upload. By submitting content, you grant Another Network GmbH a nonexclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your selected friends or groups. This license automatically terminates when you delete your content or close your account. You remain solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

   5. Prohibited Content and Conduct
      You must not upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, insensitive, or likely to upset or harm others. This includes content that is defamatory, discriminatory, mean spirited, violent, sexually explicit, or pornographic, as well as any material that encourages illegal or reckless behavior. You must also refrain from any actions that damage the Service, interfere with other users, or harm the reputation of Another Network GmbH. Transmission of harmful code, spamming, harassment, or attempts to bypass security measures is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. Another Network GmbH maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Violations will lead to prompt content removal and, depending on the severity of the offense, may result in account suspension or permanent ejection from the Service.

   6. Intellectual Property Rights
      All intellectual property rights in the Service, including trademarks, logos, and design elements, are owned by Another Network GmbH or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without obtaining prior written consent from Another Network GmbH.

   7. Data Privacy, Use, and Security
      We collect data such as videos, photos, account information, and metadata to provide and enhance the Service. This data is used for sharing with your selected friends or groups, as well as for analytics and Service improvement. You can manage your data through in-app privacy settings or by deleting content. Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is available within the app. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. We adhere to applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, and employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

   8. Content Moderation and Reporting
      Users may report inappropriate or objectionable content via the in-app reporting tool or by emailing admin@anothersocial.media. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours by our moderation team. Content found to be in violation of these Terms will be removed, and offending users may face suspension or permanent ejection from the Service, depending on the severity of the violation. Another Network GmbH utilizes both automated filtering systems and manual review processes to detect and block prohibited content as outlined in Section 5. Users can block others to prevent further interaction; blocked individuals will not be able to view your content or contact you. To appeal a moderation decision, please email admin@anothernetwork.com.

   9. Data Retention and Deletion
      Content uploaded to the Service is visible for a period of 7 days and is permanently deleted from our servers thereafter, unless retention is required by law. For performance analysis, metadata related to user activity may be retained for up to 30 days. Once content is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

   10. In-App Purchases
       If the Service offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, all payments are processed exclusively via Apple’s in-app purchase system. Subscription terms, renewal processes, and details regarding in-app purchases are provided within the app and are subject to Apple’s guidelines and policies.

   11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
       The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Another Network GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

   12. Indemnification
       You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Another Network GmbH, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

   13. Modifications and Termination
       We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any portion thereof, at any time without prior notice. We may update these Terms periodically, and your continued use of the Service signifies acceptance of any changes. Significant updates will be communicated via the App Store’s “What’s New” section. We may immediately terminate or suspend your account if you breach any provision of these Terms.

   14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
       These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules in Germany.

       The Service may include links or integrations with third-party services that are not owned or controlled by Another Network GmbH.        Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide regarding the Service is entirely voluntary and will become the property of Another Network GmbH. We may use such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.
